Saliguard SP provides a naturally derived, broad-spectrum protective effect against bacteria, yeasts, and moulds. Sodium benzoate also delivers wide-ranging antimicrobial activity by inhibiting the growth of these microorganisms. It works by disrupting microbial cell membrane integrity and interfering with essential enzymatic processes, ultimately preventing their survival and proliferation.
